    • 1. Form-I Application as per sec 4(2) and Rule 3 of Chit Funds Act 1982.
    • 2. Order copy of Register of Chits under section 19(1) to commence the Chit Business.
    • 3. Fixed Security Deposit as per Sec 20(1) of Chit Funds Act 1982.
    • 4. Copy of the Resolution passed by the Company/ Cooperative Societies/Souhardha Cooperative.
    • 5. Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association/Byelaw of Cooperative Societies and Souharda Cooperative.
    • 6. Form “C” in case of Firms who intended to start Chit Business. Affidavit from the Applicant.
